The schedule of cultural activities is posted here.
What you will read in this blogpost is the schedule of religious activities, as posted in the Sto. Nino website.

What's new? After the last mass of any day of the novena, the traditional Sinulog dance by devotees are held in the Basilica; instead of the usual schedule during the Pontifical Mass of the Vesperas.
